StarWars Ultrabuild Series is an archived project on LEGO CUUSOO created by Pekko on May 2nd, 2012. The project was archived due to a competitor of LEGO (Hasbro) owning the license for Star Wars action figures. The ultrabuild figures included characters from the Star Wars fictive universe, like a Storm Trooper, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and C-3PO, although Pekko claimed that the ultrabuild series could not be limited to Star Wars characters if the project passed the review stating: "But think about tons of caractor we can have!"
On May 2nd, 2012, the project recieved its first supporter, by the 15th, the project had 100 supporters, and on June 6th, the project hit the milestone of 1,000 supporters. To celebrate the 1,000 supporters, Pekko released pictures of Lego ultrabuilds of Jango Fett and General Grievous, both characters of the Star Wars series.

Decision on Our Ability to Produce this Project
Unfortunately due to our license, the LEGO Group is unable to produce Star Wars action figures, so we will not consider this project further. We're sorry to be the bearers of this disappointing news.
The challenge with allowing IP-related projects on LEGO CUUSOO is that there is the potential of a license conflict, either with an existing license or with a competitive licensor. Still, it's our view that it is better to be open and allow for possibilities, knowing there will be "no" answers along the way, than shut out the potential of IP-based products altogether.
We have chosen to archive this project now since we know it is not feasible. There are too many projects to check each in-depth for license conflicts when they are first submitted, so instead we're looking deeper at projects that start to gain momentum.
Opening ourselves to new product suggestions invites popular ideas that don't always work. We are grateful for the spirit behind projects like the Star Wars UltraBuild Series and for the opportunity to be challenged. It keeps us sharp and looking toward the future of the LEGO brick.
