CPBuilder is a project creator on LEGO CUUSOO, which was originally operated by multiple people (Green Ninja, Spike Hike, Sniffybear2, Pluto10500, Legopuffle, Starvote1, TweesTweets, Pengy009, and Mrhehehe889). The operators are average people who are both LEGO and Club Penguin fans.
In October 2013, CUUSOO sent an email to them saying that their account had to be used by only one person. Now Green Ninja solely operates it, and the name was changed from TeamCP to CPBuilder. All but two of their projects have been Club Penguin themed.
