Batman: Killer Croc's Lair is a deleted project on LEGO CUUSOO created by BrickQueen on July 10th, 2012. In an update, Robin was replaced with Nightwing, and green slime was added to the pipe. The project garnered over 4,000 supporters in its lifetime. It was deleted, however, when BrickQueen's account was banned.
She recently changed lots about the set with new updates including replacing Robin with Batgirl and replacing Batman with Nightwing. Those updates can be viewed here:

The story line for this set is that Killer Croc captured Robin and is holding him captive in his sewer lair and Batman comes in on his batboat/ batsub to rescue Robin.
